Aaron Throckmorton
Partner
A third-generation pipeliner brings more than 16 years of oil and gas experience to Delta Field Services. He began his career as a 798 Union Welder’s Helper and advanced through QA/QC roles, including Welding Inspector, Senior Welding Inspector, Chief Inspector, and QA/QC Lead on midstream and downstream projects across 18 states. Aaron pairs hands-on field experience with technical expertise to support Delta’s commitment to quality, safety, and performance.
Charles Jumet
Partner
Charles Jumet has a background in law and finance, with experience at Wells Fargo and a boutique energy infrastructure investment firm. His expertise in public and private markets, coupled with a particular focus on financing capital projects for large pipeline companies give him deep insight into energy markets and industry trends. Alongside his role as a founder, Charles is the leader of our parent company, Delta Field Services, focused on general business administration, setting corporate strategy, and identifying growth initiatives across both current and prospective service offerings.
Will Merritt
Partner
Will Merritt has been with the founding firm since 2010, leveraging his academic background in GIS and Remote Sensing Science to help modernize the company’s approach to geographic information systems. Over the years, Will advanced into management roles and, by 2017, was leading the entire survey division. He currently serves as President of Survey, in addition to his ongoing responsibilities as founder.
